The care I received was 2nd to none, I couldn't fault the Dr's or nurses. Nothing was too much trouble from painkillers to plumping your pillow. Thank you so much.

Excellent staff and care, peace and quite. Radiators in room and bathroom not working controlably. Sheets and blankets too small for bed.

Really could not fault the care. All nursing staff, HCAs and catering have been fantastic. The nurses have been caring, compassionate, knowledgeable & shown so much empathy & understanding. An amazing team & I am so happy they were able to care for me whilst I felt so ill.

Nurses who really understood and went the extra mile on my 1st night/morning here. More staff/nurses needed for 2nd night as a few times when called it took a long time to find one, also had to get up to find nurse once. Helping patients stay comfortable i.e. making beds would helped on 2nd night. 1st night was fine. Morning of discharge nurse was v good too.

I was moved to the ward late evening as my bed was needed by a higher priority patient on Ford Ward. My short stay and care has been excellent and I've been kept informed of medical questions that I've raised. Staff are very caring which promotes wellbeing. Food and service excellent.
